GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR TOURIST PACKAGES
Blue Sea Cottage can associate with other companies, entities or organizations to form tourist packages of services in benefits of your guests or clients.
Blue Sea Cottage declares explicitly that works, only, as INTERMEDIARY between THE CLIENT and the BORROWERS OF SERVICES of the entities or persons called to provide the services indicated by this product, except the accommodation, therefore, the guest declines all responsibility for any damage, injury , accident, delay or irregularities that may occur during the execution of these services, to the people who take this service, also due to the bad natural weather conditions and for any other reason that constitutes fortuitous event or force majeure and, therefore, it can not be imputable to the will of either party.
3. CONDITIONS OF RESERVATION
Reservations to use this tourist package, must be made at least FIFTEEN (15) days before arrival at BLUE SEA COTTAGE. BLUE SEA COTTAGE reserves the right to demand from THE CUSTOMER a deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the value of the Tourist Package hired as a guarantee for the provision of the services specified in the Tourist Package.
4. CANCELLATIONS AND PENALTIES
The cancellations will only be accepted in the case that THE CUSTOMER communicates it in writing to BLUE SEA COTTAGE EIGHT (8) days before the start of the service. When THE CUSTOMER desists from the purchase of the Tourist Package that had been arranged, outside these conditions BLUE SEA COTTAGE, in all cases it will charge as a cancellation penalty, 50% of the deposit received as Guarantee.
THE CUSTOMER declares to accept the present general conditions of contracting and said acceptance is ratified by means of any of the following acts: a) The payment of the contracted services before the beginning of the provision of these in any way; b) Payment of 30% as a customer or 50% in tourist packages required as a Guarantee for the initiation of the provision of the Services c) Acceptance of the invoice for services contracted directly by THE CLIENT or by any dependent person of him or related to him directly or indirectly; d) Through the use of any portion of the contracted services.
